GED

Wowzers I haven't written in here in forever! :D
I kinda gave up on it...but in the end I always gave on things because it just didn't catch my interest for long.

Alot has happened I guess. I've started my own line of clothing. Its what I've always wanted. Something that I never stopped dreaming about. I thank all you supporters.

I'm also studying for my GED test. Yessssssss. I'm sure many of you don't know what a GED is, because I didn't know until this year. Its basically a test that lets you skip high school and go on to college. In it are the general skilld you should have learned in high school or what kids in high school should have mastered. Get this over with and I can prepare to go to college.


For as long as I can remember I've always wanted to move to California, but since my mom doesn't agree on me being so far away, we've both set our minds on Florida. I mean it basically has everything I want. The beach, malls, and independence. I know there must be some great parts about being independent but there are also plenty of bad things. Like, I'm sure I will be home sick and miss my parents...but hey no one can stop me from growing up and living my life and I plan on living my life to the fullest. The best that I can with no regrets.

The wind feels so good.

The first picture is my backyard. It is hella beautiful, especially when deers gather around for food. When I look out the window it always has the tendency to make me feel safe and warm.

Spring.

Is it here? Finally? After a rush of snow, its here. Kinda? Its still a little cold but what the heck. The flowers are blossoming like new born babies. :) Tehehehehe. I'm going to miss the cold but spring isn't that bad. Hope this spring will bring me more luck and happiness than last year. *Fingers crossed*

Maum Cafe/Rainy Day

Snow Day.

Yesterday we had so much snow. It was very windy but one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. I've always had this love of snow. It seems so pure, the way it flows down onto my hair and nests there until it melts. Snow has a magical power to it that lures the people into its beauty. No wonder lovers are a perfect fit with the snow. I hope many couples witnessed and took in what they have with one another. Being with one another in the lustful cloud of white.


I have alot of body heat so I don't get cold easily. So yesterday I wore a purple dress sweater from American Apparel, a vest over that from Wet Seal, skinny jeans from Pac Sun, and orange converse shoes.

Rihanna & Chris Brown?

This weekend was so cold. The wind was blowing like crazy and my toes were frozen and numb. Yesterday I went of the Barnes and Noble to look at some new book and fashion magazines. Plus I got a cup of the wonderfully delicious Starbucks coffee. What kind? White chocolate mocha. It was sooooo good.

As I was reading the magazine I came across the Rihanna and Chris Brown incident. Of course I can't judge anyone because I wasn't there at that time and I don't know either of them personally, but inside, I felt abit of anger. Especially after seeing Rihanna's beaten face. I couldn't believe it. It was so inhumane. It was even a bigger shock when I saw that Chris went on the Tira Banks show and spoke about a man that abused his mother. He said that he treats women right... A big disappointment to Chris. I hope he learns something valuable from this.

Its ok to SMILE.

Sometimes we are scared to show off our true emotions. Mostly the bad ones. While these may be hard and takes time to have complete trust in that person, there is always wonderful feeling you can show. A SMILE. It changes everything. Your mood. Your day. Even the people around you. This week I tried to smile as much as I can. No matter how hard things got, I didn't want to fall. The life we lead can be changed by no other then ourselves. It just depends on your dedication and faith.

La Madeleine

This cute french cafe/restaurant is a perfect place to visit. There sandwiches are absolutely amazing, it goes perfectly with the side choice of pasta. The environment is very comfortable for a evening with friends or a family outing.


For clothing I wore a blue checkered jacket from Pac Sun and my usual subscription glasses bought from American Apparel.

BROWNIES.

I created a pan of delicious choco brownies. I added fudge on top to make it extra yummy. It was so good. I'm very proud of myself.

Stuff I wore and the places I went.

I wore the new shirt I got with a cute black cardigan and skinny jeans. Yesterday, I was a bit preppy. I layered my clothes because of the cold weather and added a golden brow scarf to accent it. The cafe me and my parents enjoy going is called White Windmill. It is very beautiful and clean. The interior design is amazingly done, and their bread is quite good. I strongly suggest everyone try it. The cafe is a Korean chain company, although it has more of a European feel to it.

My Inspiration.

So I've recently came across the Babycakes clothing line, and I absolutely loved it. It is exactly what I want to do. PAUL GRIFFITHS the owner of the clothing line is a real inspiration to me. He's succeeded at such a young age. It gets me excited to think about having my own line. ^^ Thank you Paul.

New fav. fashion designer Matthew Williamson.

I absolutely adored Matthew Williamson's Autumn Winter '08 Collection and Pre Summer '09 Collection. I go a totally different vibe from both of these collections. Winter '08 seemed so vibrant yet very dark and serious. Loved the bright colors that popped out. Pre Summer '09 was so chic and cute. The skirts were my favorite.

MALL.

So I went to the mall and got a tank top, v neck shirt, and a sweater coat from Abercrombie. Then I got two shirts from Delias, which are pictured on the left. The MTV shirt it more shinier in person, the picture makes it look dull.
