I was studying Government.

I was reading about government from my home schooling workbook. When I read the definition for government it made me kind of mad and overwhelmed.

GOVERNMENT: One or more people who exercise control over a society.

I don't like the fact that "government" is so controlling. They should lead us into a better future and give us choices. I feel like now a days citizens don't have say in anything.

How are we to better our lives if people with money and power are the only ones that have a voice in our society. It truly is a dilemma.

Well, I don't usually talk about politics, but I had a sudden urge to write this blog.

MERRY CHRISTMAS.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I think Christmas is a wonderful holiday, but deep inside I always knew there was no Santa. A man that drops down your chimney and gives me presents. Yeah, sure. The world doesn't work that way.

As I passed houses with beautiful Christmas tress, I must admit I was envious of the people that lived in those homes. It showed so mush spirit, happiness, and love. I always wanted to celebrate this holiday, but my family isn't the type to exactly celebrate anything.

But, I promise to myself, when I have a beautiful family of my own, we will celebrate every Christmases. Not just Christmases but Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Years, and all the rest.

Music and Art is life.

I don't know what I would do without either of those things. I would surely crumble. It is infused in all of our lives one way or another. Music soothes our ears while art exposes our eyes to beautiful figures. They both connect to each other. I truly am thankful for these 2 wonderful ways to express one self.
